FAQ

 

 All ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 business days unless they are purchased with made to order items. In that case, all items will ship together once the made to order items are ready to ship. 

Can I rush my order?

We always do our very best to help with rush orders!  Oftentimes, we are able to accommodate rush order needs. Please note there will be a rush order fee because essentially your order gets jumped to the front of the line. If you need a rush order, please email us: haberdashsoulco@gmail.com with the subject: "RUSH ORDER REQUEST"

What is your return policy?

Due to the made to order nature of our handcrafted pieces, there are no returns allowed at this time. We are meticulous about checking every piece before it gets sent to you. With that said, if there is a problem we somehow overlooked, we would be glad to exchange your item for another or offer in-store credit upon inspection of your returned item. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with any concerns you may have. 

Do you offer exchanges?

In the event that you believe we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item and we would be glad to exchange the product or offer an in-store credit. There are no size exchanges at this time.

Am I able to cancel my order?

We get to work on your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24 hour window, cancellations, if approved, will be accepted in the form of in-store credit only. 

Can I make a change to my order once it is placed?

Once your order is placed, we begin working hard on your handcrafted items. Due to the made to order nature of each piece we send out, no changes are allowed at this time. We are also unable to change shipping addresses once an order is place. I ordered twice last week, can you combine my orders?

We can try to accommodate your needs but combining orders is not a guarantee at this time. 

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! A great way to keep up on sales, discounts, and new products is by signing up for our newsletter (we won't spam you, promise. I mean, who has time for that anyway?).  Follow us on social media, too. Instagram and Facebook

 Where is my order made?

Every item is handmade by me, Chanel, right in my home, oftentimes at my dining room table while my kids play nearby. I love being able to create beautiful pieces for you and your little lady and can't wait to see all the places my handmade clothing travels to! 

What are your care instructions?

Most of our pieces are made with chiffon (100%) polyester and various trims. Every piece is handcrafted and requires special washing care. Please take care of your garments and mother earth by hand washing with cold water and hanging your pretty pieces to dry.
